What file types are supported?

PDFs get a watermarked seal. Office, images, CSV, CAD, video, ZIP, and more use integrity sealing with cryptographic hash and verified download.

Pro and Team plans include revocation. A revoked seal shows a clear status when someone tries to verify it.

Yes. Files are encrypted at rest with AES-256 on Azure, each seal carries a SHA-256 fingerprint so recipients can confirm integrity, and workspace data is tenant-isolated. Sign-in uses Microsoft Entra. We do not claim end-to-end encryption — sealing and PDF processing require server-side access to file contents. Free recipient links expire after 7 days; Pro and above can choose longer durations.

Can I send multiple documents in one verification link?

Yes — on Pro and above. Seal Bundles group multiple documents under one verification link. Recipients receive one notification with that link—not one email per document. Each document still counts toward your monthly seal quota.
